STUDENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our very first Student Leadership Program at The D.R.E.A.M. Center, and we invite all dancers ages 10 and up to be a part of this exciting opportunity! We believe in nurturing the potential of our young dancers beyond the studio, and this program is a significant step in that direction.
Program Overview:
Our Student Leadership Program offers two distinct tracks to engage and empower our young dancers:
Dance Dream Assistant Track - Lilac Program:
This track is designed for young dancers who have a passion for teaching and mentoring. Participants will have the opportunity to assist in our Lilac Program classes, catering to children ages 3-5. It's a chance for them to inspire the next generation of dancers and develop valuable leadership skills in the process.
Dance Dream Assistant Track - Front Desk and Admin:
For those interested in the administrative side of our studio, this track provides hands-on experience at our front desk and helps with various administrative tasks. Participants will gain insights into the behind-the-scenes operations of our studio, honing their organizational and customer service skills.
Mandatory Training Session:
To kickstart this program, we will be holding a mandatory training session on:

Attendance at this training session is crucial, as it will equip our student leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
