The D.R.E.A.M. Center allows for membership cancellation at any time during the season, provided that we receive notice at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment date using this Opt Out Form.
Email, phone, and verbal/in-person cancellation requests will not be honored.
Once your membership is cancelled, the terms of the membership will no longer apply, and you will be required to re-enroll in updated membership prices if you wish to return in the future. Please note we do not issue pro-rated refunds of any unused tuition or classes, except in the case of class cancellation by TDC.
