The D.R.E.A.M. Center presents our 6th Annual “Trunk-or-Treat”

Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for participating in our Sixth Annual “Trunk-or-Treat” Event at The D.R.E.A.M. Center. The Trunk or Treat will be from 3:00pm - 6:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 2:15 pm on October 31st in order to find your assigned space and set-up for the event before 3:00 pm.

Please be prepared to accommodate approximately 100 – 200 guests.
