2026–2027 SEASON CONTRACT

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in any and all activities prepared by The D.R.E.A.M. Center during the selected dance class, program, camp, team, or event. In exchange for acceptance into The D.R.E.A.M. Center, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation and release, absolve, and hold harmless The D.R.E.A.M. Center and all respective officers, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries or illness arising from traveling to, participating in, or returning from activities.

In case of injury or illness, I hereby waive all claims against The D.R.E.A.M. Center including teachers, affiliates, participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct activities.

Media Release
I, the undersigned, grant permission to The D.R.E.A.M. Center to use photographs, images, and/or video of my child for promotional and educational purposes including, but not limited to, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, videos, social media, and The D.R.E.A.M. Center website.

By signing this agreement, I understand that I am giving permission for my child's image to be used in print, video, and digital media without further notification. I understand that my child's last name will not be used in conjunction with images or video.

Registration & Tuition Policy

Registration fees, tuition structures, and program fees vary by program and are outlined during enrollment.

Registration fees and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition schedules are based on the selected program and remain consistent regardless of attendance, holidays, breaks, or studio closures already built into the calendar.

There are no refunds for missed classes or withdrawing without proper notice.

Payment Policy

Payments are automatically processed according to the payment schedule selected during enrollment. You will receive an email receipt after each successful transaction.

We reserve the right to reprocess declined payments in an effort to collect unpaid balances.

Late Fees & Payment Policy

Our registration system automatically retries declined payments every other day for up to 10 days.

If payment is not received by the end of the 10-day period, your child will be automatically withdrawn from classes and may not attend until the account is brought current.

Families wishing to continue participation after withdrawal must contact The D.R.E.A.M. Center and speak with the Director regarding next steps.

TDC reserves the right to suspend participation in classes, performances, events, or activities for accounts that remain delinquent.

VIP Membership Payment Policy

VIP Membership combines tuition and seasonal fees into 12 monthly payments.

Billing begins on the selected enrollment/payment date and drafts monthly thereafter.

VIP members receive priority access to recital ticket sales.

Fees included within VIP Membership are non-refundable.

Special Events

Special event fees are payable upon enrollment. Registration fees may vary by event and are outlined at the time of registration.

Class Cancellations & Refund Policy

The D.R.E.A.M. Center makes every effort to hold each class offered. In the event a class does not meet minimum enrollment or falls below required participation, TDC reserves the right to cancel or combine classes at any time.

If such an instance occurs, families will be notified and suitable alternatives will be discussed. If no alternative can be agreed upon, unused tuition payments will be refunded.

Please note that all paid registration fees, tuition, and program fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, credits, prorations, or discounts are not provided for illness, injury, vacation, inclement weather, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Families remain financially responsible regardless of attendance. When available, makeup options may be offered at TDC's discretion.

Virtual Instruction Policy

The D.R.E.A.M. Center reserves the right to move instruction to a virtual platform if necessary for the safety and well-being of staff, dancers, and families.

Withdrawal Policy

The D.R.E.A.M. Center allows withdrawals during the season with at least 7 days' notice prior to the next scheduled payment date using our official Withdrawal Form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Withdrawal requests are accepted only through the online Withdrawal Form. Email, phone, text, and verbal requests will not be honored.

Unused tuition or classes are not prorated or refunded except in the case of cancellation by The D.R.E.A.M. Center.
