The D.R.E.A.M. Center presents our 4th Annual “Trunk-or-Treat”

Vendor Registration Form

Thank you for participating in our Fourth Annual “Trunk-or-Treat” Event at The D.R.E.A.M. Center. The Trunk or Treat will be from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 5:00 pm on October 25th in order to find your assigned space and set-up for the event before 5:30 pm.

Please be prepared to accommodate approximately 100 – 200 guests.

Please complete the online registration form below to reserve your vendor spot by Monday, October 21st.
